Yesterday I had an awesome chat with Bill Gassett- an interesting thing came up when we were chatting! He uses the point2agent sites and so do I.
Recently point2agent announced that they would be charging $9.95 a month...its small peanuts for the benefits that I have received. Bill has been a paying customer forever...
We discussed the outside blogs...and I got excited that my new site has been indexed...and it got me thinking...I wonder just how many just use FREE versions of on line marketing tools? And refuse to pay for anything online.
If 83% of buyers start their search online...if sellers are doing their homework prior to listing a property..it got me thinking...why are we so open to spend marketing dollars on print magazines, newspapers and other print tools...especially since so many complain about the cost... and the effectiveness?
As I look at on line tools...you get your monies worth..reaching a larger audience..bigger than ever before! And if you think that these sites are free to those that build it...I think you have it all wrong!
Watch the trends...because what was once free may not be free for long..think about and ask yourself...do I use only the FREE versions on line? If so...you might want to go back into your budget and allocate a few bucks for better SEO, more benefits and most of all to gain additional business!
My outside blog...TrainingTheProfessionals...has just hit page 2 of google in less than a few weeks of having the site. In that time...I have had more property inquiries...more questions in my email and more opportunity.
If you are willing to spend the big bucks on less than effective print marketing...why would you not pay where you reap the most benefits...explain to me why...you only utilize FREE on line marketing?
