It happens often...a customer looking for a specific agent or person and they called the wrong office...they named names..what to do...what to do?
Often times they are in the midst of a transaction..or a friend..or looking to do business once again. Oh what to do...what to do?
We attempt to find the agent and in most cases its pretty easy if they have a web presence! Most recently one of the fellow Activerainers in our area...had a call come into our office...what to do...what to do?
Duh, it was Lisa Hill and I would never play dirty pool...and neither would our office...as a matter of fact..her cell phone number was given to her customer...because she is easily found.
Here is her response on one of my post!
"Hey you! Thanks to you, or whoever helped in your office, for giving my cell phone number to our old family friend. He said he called Century21 and they knew me, and gave him my phone number =D You all rawk!" Lisa Hill, Adams Cameron and Company.
BTW Lisa Hill..it was Lysa who did this act of kindness..but just so you know..if I would have answered the phone..I can assure you..you would have gotten your call!
How about you, if someone is calling for another agent in your area, do you attempt to connect the two or do you try to gain additional business?
