Yesterday while putting a file together it dawned on me...during this particular transaction 87 emails were exchanged.
As I went through the file...
I realized I haven't added all of them to the file.
While going through the emails some of these exchanges seemed unimportant to print...but as I thought it about it more...
Who am I to determine what is important or not?
Every piece of documentation in a real estate transaction is important if it was written and/or signed.
Today I will kill yet another tree to have the proper documentation for my file.
This file has 500 docs somewhat organized.
There might be a chance I might have to create another file for all of the correspondence!
Personally I'd rather burn them on a disk!
How about you do you remember to print or add your emails into your files via a printer or disk?
CYA baby
