You read right but not in person..and thanks to Missy Caulk I had to do it..her words...Gary Keller's words inspired me..As I started my presentation and spoke the name...I could see faces shocked..really surprised..and one of these days..
I'm going to end up in trouble.. So what new right? It had to be shared!
I speak the truth..and sometimes people aren't interested in the truth...they want optimism..they want to feel good but feeling good may not produce income to take care of your families. I am a realist and sometimes not so optimistic! I admit I have been concerned with
Agent Retention....Production..and most of all Morale..including my own!
I love the company I work for..but some things have recently shifted..shifted so much I had to bring Keller Williams to the meeting but was it a bad move? I wasn't sure at first until everyone listened to my words. My presentation started out...this is no a feel good presentation..its a reality check!
I heard the Oh NO's.. I can get very serious..especially when I am training!
I read Missy faithfully..if ever I felt someone was an expert..Missy is one of those I truly respect..I admire her and everyone can learn from her....I don't take it for granted... it's an advantage we have because of Activerain!
She recently wrote a great piece on the Keller Williams Family Reunion..big mouth me...had to share those words with our company.
Not because of company envy nor because I want to join the family..the reality is his words are more than words but great pearls of wisdom! Words that bring change..makes sense and when practiced could very well bring success..even with our current market and economic times regardless of what company you work for or what profession you are in!
I can't say I made everyone in the room happy..but that was not the intent but I can bet..they all got something very valuable from what I was talking about..by the looks of it we've had some production that impresses in the first 7 days of March!
Will this trend continue?
It could..with new thoughts..new mindsets..and most of all actions! If you want to shake things up..and get people thinking..just bring a competitor to your sales meeting!
