In 2009 we changed our meetings and rotated around..it seemed the response this year is better...giving great training..important information to help agents sell houses. Somewhat short and much more productive.
Yes, yesterday I had a great presentation.it was about strategically listing properties..bringing buyers to you..but most of all information to make agents so much more than agents..more buyer and seller consultants..but I admit when I went to give my presentation things got a little shaken up...and the crowd really listened. It took everything I had not to cry...I admit..my presentation was shaky.
Yesterday life changed for me and I am so so excited!
And when I sat down with Nancy Dance...I think I shocked the heck out of her...but it's time...time to do different things.
Yesterday was my last hoorah....yesterday I said farewell...because as of yesterday I made the decision...I need more income...I desperately want my freedom...and more importantly there are only two things I want to do that is to sell real estate and train real estate professionals.
Yesterday I walked away from a salary...I walked away from my management position...and walked into a boat load of opportunities...yesterday I felt a load off my shoulders...and I imagine I shocked the heck out of everyone.
I've been feeling really overwhelmed with too many hats on...with being in everyone's business and I have project after project sitting incomplete.
Today I have freedom..freedom to work as little or as much as I want to...to assist buyers and sellers...to train real estate professionals no matter where they are! I'll still train all the new associates and any one else who wants to train...but I won't be caught up in office procedures anymore.
Now I have freedom to take a few days off.. Guess what? I'm doing just that...and will return Monday Morning!

Gotta go...I'm meeting some great buyers agents at Starbucks..and off to a birthday celebration who knows maybe a nap...but more than likely fine tune my listing tools!
